1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ernph Casino platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with ernph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. ernph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ernph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ernph Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. ernph strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ernph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or from any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

ernph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of ernph Casino, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one ernph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ernph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.
• KYC Verification: ernph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of residential address before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Account Sharing: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ernph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ernph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at ernph's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to KYC verification status.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to KYC verification. ernph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All account balances, transactions, and game results are denominated in Philippine Peso. ernph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Transaction Limits: ernph may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ernph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period. Any bonus balance not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• ernph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• ernph reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and/or close accounts where it suspects bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ernph Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios with real-time monitoring.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. ernph will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, ernph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. ernph is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ernph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems. Any such exploit must be reported to ernph support immediately. Deliberate exploitation will result in account termination.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first contacting ernph support to resolve the dispute.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your ernph account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ernph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of ernph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without ernph's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ernph, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ernph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ernph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Responsible Gaming

ernph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Players may set session time reminders to help manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed for gaming purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting ernph support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• ernph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ernph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or payment provider.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination for cause, ernph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

ernph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ernph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ernph will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ernph support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ernph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting ernph support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ernph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
